Services: Reach New Opportunities
Finding opportunities
It pays to think laterally when it comes to potential funding opportunities. While some programs are tailored specifically to your industry, there may be many others that relate to particular aspects of who you are as a business or organisation. It’s worth looking beyond the obvious.
For example, if you’re a wine business, you might already be aware of cellar door and export grants. But you could also be considering programs focused on small businesses, regional development, digital innovation, sustainability, workforce development, or even tourism. I can help you map out the broader landscape—identifying the different areas you should be keeping an eye on, and what might be worth applying for when the opportunity arises.
Grant and tender writing
Finding an opportunity to apply for is, of course, only the first step. You then need to find the time and resources to put towards developing an application. This might include pulling together information from across your organisation or undertaking broader research, along with the writing process itself. Depending on the size and complexity of the program, this can require anywhere from a few days’ to many weeks’ worth of work.
Whatever your needs, I can work with you across any part of this process. This could range from managing the entire application from start to finish, to playing a supporting role to an internal team, to simply simply reviewing and refining a draft to ensure it aligns with the funder’s requirements.
